Cacao Beans

Cacao beans come from a corn shaped fruit with a husk. The beans are inside the husk, and covered in a pineapple/lemon flavored pulp. After the pulp of the fruit is dried and fermented, the beans are left to dry out. Typically this process is done in the sun. From these beans, many products are born. Some of our customers have been snacking on them the same way you would snack on peanuts and similar seeds.
